Our apartment is a 2 bedroomed apartment in the James Dean block. It is just a short walk from reception & just past the main outdoor pool. It is in a quiet location, and is ground floor level. One bedroom is a double with the added luxury of an en-suite with bath with shower over Washbasin & W.C and the other is a twin room which can use the separate bathroom which has his & her washbasins, a bidet, bath with shower over & W.C.

The lounge area has a large two-seater sofa bed and armchair so it has plenty of seating with the air-conditioned lounge opening onto the balcony which has a patio table and chairs with 2 sun loungers. Because of the way the complex is built into the hill, although you enter the apartment at ground level, the balcony has good views.

The full kitchen is separated from the open-plan living space by a breakfast bar and the kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances.

The Hollywood Mirage Club has two lovely swimming pools, the main one having a children's pool as well as a poolside bar, which has a good snack menu. The main reception building also has a good restaurant, and there is a gym and beauty salon. There is a supermarket too.

The main bus station is not far from the Club and offers services all around the island. There is a free courtesy bus, which runs between the complex and the fishing town of Los Cristianos. The town has a lot of facilities, and beaches, but has still retained its local charm. From here you can also take a ferry, with or without your car to La Gomera. It is only a short crossing, and is an excellent day trip. There is also an excellent coastal path between Los Cristianos & Playa de Las Americas.

We have enjoyed owning at Hollywood Mirage for many years, and have only decided to sell because we also have holiday homes in France & Cornwall, and with an aging dog, we are choosing to holiday without flying. Hence this week is at a bargain price. This years holiday has not been used yet, and can still be taken subject to availability.
