Barnsdale Country Club is a Gold Crown resort, situated in Rutland in the Midlands, UK's smallest county. The nearest town is the charming market town of Oakham, trading since the 13th century. Peterborough is 21 miles away, accessible by train from Oakham station, and the nearest airport is East Midlands which is 37 miles away. The beautiful old town of Stamford is nearby, well worth a visit.

Our unit is a six sleeper, one master bedroom, king size bed, ensuite, one bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 single rooms upstairs. There is separate large bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is a large lounge, with dining area, TV and CD player. Patio doors open up to a terrace with table and chairs and an uninterrupted view over Rutland Water. The unit is spacious and comfortable for the use of 6 people, we've had some very enjoyable weeks here with our family and friends. There is a designated car parking space, it is a fixed week 42 (October) which falls in the half term.

The facilities which are available for your use are, a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, well equipped gym , mini golf, crazy golf and any other sporting activities. There is a recommended restaurant , a brassiere and bar. Hairdressers and beauty salon.

The whole site is meticulously looked after, set in parkland with flowering shrubs and sloping grass down to the water. We always feel so lucky to have a time share in this beautiful resort.

We have done many time share swaps, America, Caribbean, Portugal, Spain, and the British Isles. The standards of these resorts has been very high . We have found our investment in Barnsdale an excellent one. The reason for selling is that we have two timeshares at this resort. The one we are selling was specifically bought to give our children the use of the excellent leisure facilities, we all lived nearby, but they have grown up and moved on .
