Barnsdale Hall and Country Club is a Gold Crown RCI resort and a Five Star Status Interval International resort. As an owner you have free use of all facilities at Barnsdale all year round as well as access to the complimentary exchange company enrollment with over 4000 resorts worldwide. There is also a rental program option.

Barnsdale is in Rutland, the smallest county in the UK, where visitors are always given a warm welcome and can experience life in unspoilt, quaint, traditional England whilst only being 37 miles from East Midlands airport and 21 miles from Peterborough train station. There is easy access to lovely market towns such as Stamford, Oakham, Spalding and Market Harborough.

Our unit at Barnsdale Country Club, is a one bedroom ground floor apartment, tastefully decorated, sleeping 4 comfortably. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and equipment needed to be self-sufficient and all linen is provided. There is one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the large lounge area. The apartment, with its own parking bay, sits to one side of a patio area boasting beautiful flowering shrubs. It sits within an area of conservation parkland, overlooking sweeping views of Rutland Water. This is a fixed week, number 28 (July) and due to the high ranking of the resort this gives the owner greater bargaining power when exchanging.

The facilities on site include swimming pool, extensive range of sports activities, pitch & putt, green bowls, golf, leisure spa, brasserie restaurant and bar.

Nearby attractions include a Falcon and Owl Centre, Barnsdale Gardens created by BBC TV's Geoff Hamilton, many historic country houses and quirky follies and buildings of interest.

Visitors can discover Rutland on the Shorelink Bus or just head out to Rutland Water where there are so many activities available, whether you want to walk, cycle, bird watch, sail or fish. Rutland is truly a beautiful county and as an owner at Barnsdale you will be able to experience the best of it all.

As an owner at Barnsdale, I have been able to visit many other resorts worldwide - all of the same high standards - Saint Martin in the Caribbean, St Georges in Bermuda, twice to Madeira, all of the Canary Islands and Spain to name just a few. The only reason I am now selling my timeshare is because I live and work abroad.
