The timeshare is located near Coral Bay which is a 20 minute walk away and is next to an area of conservation. Paphos can be reached by a regular bus service and contains sites of historical importance. The resort features both an outdoor and indoor pool,sauna,gym and a children's play area. All apartments have a balcony either pool or countryside views. The restaurant offers a wide and varied menu including Cypriot dishes. Entertainment is provided on a daily basis and the highlight includes a Cypriot Night of traditional food and dance. There are launderette facilities available and bookings can be made for spa treatments.
Paphos International Airport is around 45 minutes drive away.
There is a small on site shop and the staff are on hand to arrange trips,car hire and taxis.

The changeover day is Saturday but this is flexible by prior arrangement.

The timeshare runs until December 2035 and is valid for even years.
