The resort is located in a woodland near Carrbridge, Inverness-shire approximately 6 miles from Aviemore and is surrounded by silver birch trees and is located within the Cairngorm National Park, A great place to visit nearby Ski resorts, Golf Courses and there is a small Loch stocked with fish on site. This attractive resort is a superb touring base to explore the Highlands of Scotland including Inverness, Aberdeen and the Moray Firth.

There are great amenities near Lochanhully including swimming, sauna , tennis and fishing. Activities available in the locality include mountain biking, skiing and hill walking.

In the surrounding area, you will find Loch Morlich , the Cairngorm Mountain Railway and Landmark Forest Adventure Park. The Highland Wildlife Park, Kincraig is worth a visit and do not miss Speyside and the famous malt distilleries and also Loch Garten's ospreys.

The two bedroom lodge can provide flexible accommodation and can sleep 6 and consists of one double bedroom, a bunk bed room and sofa bed in the lounge.�There is a clubhouse bar which serves meals and drinks. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen including an electric cooker, a fridge/freezer, microwave, colour TV with DVD and a private conservatory. Wifi is available at the resort.

We have had great times at Lochanhully in the April and October school breaks for the last 15 years but as the children are now grown up we no longer require these popular school holiday weeks. Highlights of our visits included trips to Inverness, the ski slopes, Cairngorm Mountain Railway, Landmark, drives to Fort William, Balmoral, Royal Deeside, Aberdeen, Fort George and sightings of the Dolphins in the Moray Firth.
