Our timeshare is for the 33rd and 34th week of the year in Abbázia Club Hotel, Keszhely, Hungary. Our apartment is on the 1st floor of the red building opposite to the main building where the Reception is with kind and helpful staff. Maximum 3 person can stay in the approx.. 5m x 4m room in which there is a double bed with bedsides and a chair bed. There is TV, wardrobe, and coffee table with 2 chairs in the south-west-facing room. There is kitchen full equipped for 4 people, including a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a WC. The balcony has a view to the outdoor pool and the beautifully cared fenced garden, in case children would like to play for a bit on their own. You can also play table-tennis in the garden. The all year working sauna is in a separate building. You can park in the closed parking area close to the main entrance, but there are only limited places. From the room's balcony you can see the clock of the parish Church in the main square and also you can hear its bell's playing.

At the main entrance you can find a bar, a restaurant and a beer terrace. You can ask for Internet connection, faxing or copying at the Reception and also there is a possibility to rent a safe. For those who like to ride a bike, you can keep those in a shed. There is a 120km (cca. 75miles) long bike path around Lake Balaton.

Both the shore of Lake Balaton and the main square of Keszthely are short walking distance from the Hotel. There are many possibilities to go on a boat trip on the Lake from the station next to the beach. For those who like playing tennis there are a dozen courts next to the shore. The Senior Championship in ITF 1 category is held here every year, it will be the 49th in 2015. On Wednesdays and Saturdays a few minutes from the Resort there is popular outdoor market for visitors.

There are so many things to do and see around: restaurants, wine museum, museum of hunting trophies, a museum of dolls and toys, historical wax museum, snail parliament, etc. All those can be visited on foot. The city's most famous sight, accessible through the main square, is the Baroque style built Festetics castle.

Hungary's largest thermal spa in Hévíz can be reached by a few minute drive.

Keszthely is 200km (125miles) far from both Budapest and Vienna.

The two fixed weeks we have is in the high season, therefore those are red weeks. Since 1994 we have had the chance to change those weeks to go other RCI resorts, like Schladming, Zell am See, Bad Gastein, Val di Fassa, Tenerife, Malta. Our weeks can be changed easily online or on phone to any RCI resort in which you can get a 4-person apartment.
