The lodge at Belton Woods is set in 475 acres of wonderful countryside, close to Grantham.

The lodge overlooks the excellent 2 golf courses & grounds. The lodge is conformable and well decorated and very well equipped allowing for self catering with a well appointed kitchen. There is access to the gym, heated pool, serenity spa, tennis courts, squash courts and 2 restaurants.

Locally there are many walks and places to visit, such as Belton House, almost next door, Burghley, Lincoln and my favourite, the town of Stamford.

The week is fixed in late August, often coinciding with the summer bank holiday.

The internal exchange system also allows you to exchange your week to stay at the other lodge resorts at Slaley Hall, The Carrick and Cameron House.

We have owned this lodge since 2003 but due to personal circumstances are unable to go anymore. We are willing to negotiate on the purchase price.
