The apartment operates on floating time with RCI. Allocations can be requested to use weeks on site and when you wish to visit the resort you can request to stay in a unit on the ground floor, first floor or second floor, which ever is your preference. When making a booking to visit the resort you can request to be facing the pool, or facing the golf course, again - personal preference. A one bedroom standard unit will sleep a maximum of Four people and have a full kitchen, and bathroom.

Although it is located just a 15-minute distance from the major cities of Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas and 45 min away by highway from Santa Cruz, the capital of the island making it easy to access all places of interest (Loro Parque, Siam Park, Volcan El Teide, Masca Valley, Teide National Park, Artlandya Dol lMuseum, Las Montanas de Anaga, Masca Walk, Playa de las Vistas, Monkey Park, Los Gigantes, Garachico etc) whilst enjoying the peace and serenity that it offers. Nearest towns: Las Charifas (7 min), Guargacho (9 min). The beach is only 15 mins away on foot or around 4 mins by car. The Tenerife South Airport (Sur) is only 6 miles from the Fairways Club. Santa Cruz de Tenerife can be reached within 45 minutes via the TF1 Highway.

The Fairways Club is located within Tenerife's Amarilla Golf & Country Club, an 18-hole golf course overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and it features gardens with an outdoor swimming pool combining a picturesque landscape both from the mountain side and the Atlantic ocean.

San Miguel Marina is a 15-minute walk or less than 5 minutes by car away and includes various scuba diving centres or the chance to rent a boat. The Fairways complex has an on-site grocery store, a restaurant and a bar with nightly entertainment. Games and high chairs are available for children, and there is a free Wi-Fi hotspot in the ping-pong area.
