The lodge is very close to the award winning spa at The Carrick, brilliant after a round of golf on the 71 per course. I love the amazing views from the lodge of Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond - it really does take your breath away! The lodge has 2 bedrooms with en suite facilities and a separate shower room with sauna. There is a balcony off the sitting area on the 1st floor and a paved area on the ground floor. The lodge sleeps 6. There is a really handy free shuttle service to Cameron House Resort where you can enjoy the great indoor pool and really good restaurants. My favourite places to visit are the conservation village of Luss (great coffee shop which I always visit) and Hill House at Helensburgh designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh - very quirky! Forreally great shopping take the train from Balloch to Glasgow, takes about 50mins. My week is fixed at the beginning of July. The lodge is fully equipped with washing machine, TV, fully fitted kitchen. Car parking is right by the lodge. The airport is a 20 minute drive from the resort and I normally hire a car at the airport after flying up from the south of England.
