The Time share is a two-story semi-detached Lodge built in 1991 and was among the first built, so
is within 5 to 6 minutes walk of the Hotel, and its facilities including the tennis courts. We enjoyed our first holiday here in 1992, and have been every year since.

The lodge has two bedrooms and a concealed pull down bed in the lounge, so sleeps six people. The two bedrooms are on the lower floor and both have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a shower and bath, and the other bedroom a shower. It has recently been upgraded, and the showers are very good.

The upper floor is a large open plan dining/lounge area with large patio style doors opening on to a full length balcony with a table and comfortable chairs, where you can enjoy sitting and watching the wildlife, as it looks out on woodland and the hills. The lounge has TV and a DVD player, and attached is a fully equipped kitchen. Also the same floor has a shower/hand basis/toilet facility, and also a washing machine and dryer.

All the Lodges are maintained to a very high standard, so they keep their value.

There is free use of the well equipped Gym, and two pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam room. So you can work off the good food available in the Hotel, Marina and a variety of restaurants a short distance away. There are billiard tables, a pool room with games for the children, and squash courts. Also outside tennis and a range of activities available from the hotel.

We have had many happy holidays here with our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. It has been great having this quality time together. When my wife was alive we looked forward, every year, to spending time together at our lodge. It is such a good position, as the 5 star luxury Hotel is set on the shores of Loch Lomond, with views of Ben Lomond and the surrounding hills. Glasgow Airport is about 20 minuets drive away. Ballock and the first class shopping at Lomond Shores is near by, including the famous Jenner store.

All the hotel bars restaurants, and beauty treatments are available. So first class dining is available without leaving the grounds of the hotel. There is also a nine-hole golf course called "The Wee Demon". A wide range of activities including Archery, falconry, and sea plane flights.

There are good walking trails in the area, and now you can catch a boat to the East side of the loch with time to walk part of the West Highland Way or climb Ben Lomond and be back for your evening meal. This beautiful area is part of the Trossachs National Park, and to the east you have
the Queen Elizabeth Forest park with walking trails and facilities. To the West you can drive up the beautiful road to Rest and be Thankful, visit Loch Long, and the Gardens of the area. The charming village of Luss is a short distance to the north of the Lodge.

Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Sterling are, within easy reach, or catch a train from Balloch to Glasgow, or Edinburgh enj oy the cities and both have Botanical Gardens.

It is sometimes possible to rent out the Lodge through Cameron House, or to exchange through RCI
or DAE, as this is an RCI Gold Resort.

Unfortunately the time has come to sell, as circumstances change it may not be possible to make
full use of the lodge.
