Welcome to our little piece of paradise, somewhere to get away from the worries of the world and do as much or as little as you want , go snorkeling in the crystal clear warm water of the Caribbean sea, go kayaking, jet skiing, sailing, jet ski safari and more all right from the beach, or just kick back and do nothing except relax.

The resort is Morritt`s Grand Resort on the beautiful island of Grand Cayman in the western Caribbean. It is situated on the east side of the island approximately 30 to 40 minutes from the airport which itself is situated in the capital Georgetown. The resort can arrange transport from the airport. The resort is RCI Gold Crown status. The resort has a gym, spa, three pools including two with swim up bars and one that is an infinity pool (this pool is shown in one of the photos). The resort has two restaurants one of which is situated in the Caribbean sea (again this is shown in one of the photos and is known as Mimi`s dock bar and restaurant ) The resort has entertainment most evenings and there also entertainment during the day around the pools.

The apartment is a oceanfront one bedroom deluxe suite that sleeps up to four. It has a full kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom, widescreen satellite TV and either a veranda or balcony, this is because the apartments are situated on the ground and first floors, you can request either a ground or first floor apartment. There is a lift (elevator). There is ample parking at the resort. The photos included are all taken from the balcony of the apartment.

This timeshare is a floating week between weeks 1 to 50.

There is plenty to see and do on the island, there is a dolphin centre where you can learn about and swim with these beautiful animals (highly recommended). Sting ray city which is situated on a sand bar in the ocean where you can swim with and even feed the sting rays, again highly recommended. There is a turtle farm, nature trail, botanical park, rum point, seven mile beach and so much more.

So you may be asking why we are selling our little piece of paradise. The answer is simple the husband had a fall at work in 2014 and sustained a double fracture of the lower spine so mobility and travel is a major issue. We have tried to get around this, but have been unable to.
