The complex is in a great location, only 5-10 minutes walk from sandy beaches, the Puerto Colon marina and all the places you could possibly want for eating out. Fixed week with a Friday changeover date, regular maid service 3-4 times a week, 24 hour reception and only 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. There is onsite car parking for those wishing to hire a car and a taxi rank at the bottom of the road for those who don't. Trips can be arranged locally all over the Island.

The studio has a large balcony overlooking the bottom pool, and also with sea views, perfect for sunbathing. I have used my timeshare every year until recently when family health issues have meant I have had to holiday in the UK. Whenever we have been, and because we have been so often due to ownership, we have instantly been able to relax due to familiarity of the area and the welcome from the staff in the local restaurant who remember us each year.
