This is an RCI Gold Crown resort and week 31 starts on a Friday in late July or early August, in the popular school summer holiday period, giving this unit great trading power within the RCI system. The Royal Sunset Beach Club is located in the Fanabe area very close to the dynamic and popular Playa de las Americas beach area.

Tenerife is an interesting island, with fascinating volcanic scenery (much more than just the famous Mount Teide, highest peak in Spain), tourist heaven in the south (sea, sun and beaches), and more traditional settlements in the North, all easy to reach with a hire car. The photos show some of my best memories of Tenerife.

The timeshare is a fixed week, one-bedroom apartment that sleeps 4.

Over the years I have used this timeshare to exchange to many great holiday destinations, from California to the Canaries. My favourites were the West Coast of California USA in the pre-Christmas period and hiking the levadas (irrigation canals, with maintenance pathways alongside) in Madeira, to which we made many return visits.
