This international resort boasts two golf courses, the Kernow and prestigious Jack Nicklaus course and timeshare ownership comes with 2 free rounds of golf per day, Monday to Friday,on the Kernow course.

There is free use of 3 pools suitable for all ages and a well equipped gym. The Elemis Spa offers treatments and there are exercise classes for the more energetic. Eating and drinking is offered at the relaxed Bewden Bar or the more formal 2 AA rosette restaurant 'An Boesti'.

The lodge has two bedrooms, both en-suite and an extra pull down double bed in the dining room. It has a large, very well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer, electric hob and breakfast bar.

Other facilities include a separate utility room with washing machine/ tumble dryer and 3rd toilet and wash basin. The lodge also has freeview television and a sauna - perfect for relaxing after a long day on the golf course or sightseeing. There is also a large patio with garden furniture and a gas barbecue.

With it's own driveway, there is parking for 2 - 3 cars.

Local areas of interest include beautiful Cornish villages and beaches nearby, notably Looe and Polperro. Plymouth is just over 10 miles away with all the historical sites and facilities it has to offer - cinemas, restaurants, shopping centres and the historic Hoe and Mayflower museum. There are also a number of National Trust properties within a short distance - Cotehele House and Mill, Buckland Abbey, Lawrence House and Lanhydrock.

Further afield, Newquay, Salcombe, Dartmouth and Bude are all easily reached for a day trip, as are Tintagel - home to King Arthur and Padstow - home to Rick Stein!
