It is a fixed week ownership meaning the owner is guaranteed a week's stay at this resort anytime of the year. It is affiliated to RCI which is an international exchange company where the owner can exchange for other resorts around the world.

My family and I have never had any problems exchanging this resort for a unit at other parts of the world because of its popularity. I am selling it because I am a retiree and my family and I are unlikely to be travelling frequently. I am willing to consider any reasonable offer.
