We have owned our luxurious timeshare Villa at The Marriott Club Son Antem resort for many years now and have enjoyed enjoyed our visits immensely. The resort is ideally located on the Ma 19 motorway, about 20 minutes drive from the Airport and 20 minutes from the capital of Palma, which is a truly cosmopolitan City, with many places of historical interest, particularly the Cathedral. The location of the resort, being so near to the motorway system enables easy access and travel around the whole island, which is highly recommended.

Locally, the nearest town to the resort, some 4km away, is the old town of Llucmajor which is the former Capital of Mallorca. This is a thriving town with good restaurants and bars, particularly around the central square, which also hosts the weekly markets which are well worth a visit. The five star resort itself is very safe and secure with great facilities, including two 18 hole golf courses, Tennis courts, Gym/Spas, numerous swimming pools and a Five Star Hotel (Iberostar) and associated Restaurants and bars. The accommodation is a two storey Townhouse, which sleeps 6 people. These are situated in blocks of 4 properties located around the two golf courses and share the use of locally placed
swimming pools, in addition to the centrally provided pool facilities, located at the Hotel Iberostar.

Each Villa is luxuriously appointed as one would expect with the Marriotts brand, with the master bedroom having its own Jacuzzi. The Villa is fully equipped with all domestic appliances and receives a maid/house keeping service each day. Each Villa has its own private garden with BBQ facilities. Our week is floating in the Gold Category, allowing a choice of 18 weeks, during the months of April/May/June
September and October. The weather in Mallorca is good all year round with on average 300 days of sunshine therefore good weather is almost guaranteed. This is a great opportunity for someone to enjoy a wonderful holiday experience in luxurious surroundings with true 5 Star quality.
