Sunset Bay Resort Toviscas Adeje Tenerife Awarded RCI Silver Crown. Well maintained and clean five minute walk from the beach and marina.

The apartment is on the fourth level and is fixed week Friday to Friday. Week one (fixed), one bedroom, four occupancy. There is a maid service 3-4 times per week.

1 Bedroom - with air conditioning, Double bed, Flat screen TV, bedside cabinets.

Full fitted kitchen - large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven with rings on top.

Bathroom - Bath with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Sunset bay are to install wet rooms throughout the resort in the near future.

Kitchen leads to dining area and lounge with air conditioning, dining table and four chairs, arm chair, sofa bed, small low table with flat screen TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Canal (sports channel) + 4-5 English channels and DVD player.

The apartment has ample storage with two full length fitted wardrobes (one in hall and one in dining area) each having shelves. A small safe is built into one wardrobe, a small rental fee to be paid at reception if required.

Balcony - a large 'L' shaped balcony is accessed from the lounge patio doors and has a round patio table, four chairs, two loungers and looks out over the bottom pool and children's' pool, and sea view. The balcony gets sun from early morning until tea time.

The resort has a heated pool, Jacuzzi, gym, launderette, two lifts, golf buggies are available free of charge to assist visitors with luggage if required and also a luggage storage room is available. An airport shuttle and local taxi are available if required approx. 20 minutes to the airport. There is a large underground carpark.

Wheel chair and scooter access round the resort is good. Entertainment is available most days. Several restaurants and bars on and around the resort all giving a good service. English spoken in most places. Resort is placed off the main thoroughfare of Toviscas with everything within a short walking distance.

We have owned the apartment since 1989. We have used the apartment every year since 2000. In total sixteen times plus a couple of times in the summer months. During the 1990s we had holidays using RCI exchanges e.g. Florida USA, Madera, Portugal (twice) and Bude Cornwall. Owning a Sunset Bay meant exchanging weeks was very easy. We are both very sorry to have to put our apartment up for sale but we are both getting on in years. We hope whoever is fortunate enough to buy this apartment will enjoy themselves as much as we have.
