Marriotts Playa Andaluza is located close to Estepona on the beautiful, and sunny, Costa del Sol, Spain. The resort directly fronts the sea and has secure access onto the beach and yet is only an hours easy drive from Malaga airport.

We purchased our 2 bedroom (sleeps 6) gold floating week (only time cannot be used is July and August - Christmas is included) with full annual ownership (unlike some bi-annual ownerships) 10 years ago during which time we have enjoyed every moment of our time spent at the resort. The resort has been extremely well maintained and, in 10 years, has not deteriorated at all with many improvements having been made.

The resort has a shop, restaurant (with indoor and outdoor areas), gym, sauna, gardens and indoor pool as well as 4 outdoor pools (one being a small babies pool). There is also a games and activity area, basketball court and library.

The only reason we are selling is because we wanted to purchase a larger 3 bedroom lock-off at the same resort so that we, and expanding family, can continue to enjoy the wonderful amenities at Marriotts Playa Andaluza.

The fully air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment sizes are consistent with the sizes in USA ie spacious and extremely well equipped as would be expected with the Marriott brand-name. All the 2 bedroom apartments have large ensuite bathrooms, large lounge area, kitchen and utility room and have a large balcony with wonderful sea views or garden views. Each bedroom (as well as the lounge) has a TV and each apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. All the apartment floors have lift access and there is secure onsite parking - indeed the whole resort is secure.

The local area has some amazing places to visit with Estepona, Marbella (shopping), Benhavis (wonderful restaurants) and Puerto Banus (the St. Tropez of the Costa del Sol) all being close by.

We have used the exchange facilities of Interval International on a few occasions when we were unable to take our week at Playa Andaluza and given the demand for our week the exchange opportunities have been excellent.
