The Village Heights Golf Resort is located in the northern region of Crete in a scenic position in the hills about 3km above the town of Hersonissos. The old town is about 2km away and is a quiet and characterful place with charming local Greek taverns. The new town is busier with beaches, numerous bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shops.

The accommodation is located in a RCI Gold Crown Resort and facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants, Leisure Club/Gym, Tennis Courts, Putting, and the Crete Golf Club is only about 2km away.

The resort includes free parking and has a regular bus shuttle service to and from the town of Hersonissos.

The accommodation is a fixed week on the 16th week of the year i.e. starting on Tuesday the 2nd/3rd week of April which occasionally falls within the Easter Holiday Period.

The apartment is in the style of a traditional Greek Village studio and sleeps four people. It is spacious with one double bedroom, a full kitchen, one bathroom, a lounge with a sofa bed, a veranda with a view of the hills. Facilities also include Air Conditioning, a TV, Washing Machine, all necessary kitchen cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, iron/ironing board.

Heraklion airport is only 30km away and local attractions include the Ancient City of Knossos, the lovely coastal resort of Agios Nikolaos and the island of Spinalonga which is accessible by a short boat trip and was the subject of the popular book 'The Island'.

We have owned the timeshare for 10 years and have been able to exchange for some excellent apartments including a 2 week unit for 8 people in Kissimmee, Florida. The 1 week trading power is equivalent to 19 points in exchanges.
