Atrium Beach Resort is located in Simpson Bay in Saint Maarten in Caribbean 5 miles from Phillipsburg and 3 miles from the international airport.

The resort is in front of the Caribbean Sea, it is right on the beach and short walk away from several beaches bars, restaurants, shops, casino etc. ..There is a beach access, a swimming pool separated from the beach with a beach bar and a restaurant near the pool which serve national and international plates.

You could explore the natural reserve, practice nautical sports and dive with scuba and snorkeling equipment.

It is possible to visit nearby islands such as St Barts, Anguilla and Saba. If you want to do shopping there are luxury duty free shops with French, Italian, Japanese ...... products free of all taxes.

The unit is on the 1st floor with a balcony and a high level equipment's :Lift, air cooling, full kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, gas cooker, etc...), 2 flat TV, internet, IPod connectivity, safe box.

The unit is for 4 persons a bedroom plus a sofa in the salon, from the balcony you have view on the bay.

In the resort you have: car rental, Jacuzzi, gym, swimming pool, hairdressing, beach bar, and restaurant.

You can use the unit week 26 or if you which stay here another week you must put your week in the Resort internal exchange. In this case you could choose a week between week 15 and week 50, this demand must be done between 7 and 270 days before your week date and is subject to availability.
The resort is affiliated to the exchange with RCI points and is a RCI Gold Crown. You can use your time share or exchange it with RCI for another times share in another places. The RCI list contains more 4000 residences located in hundred countries (in America, Caribbean, Europe, Asia ...)

If you don't use your total point one year they are not lost you can add them with the next year.

You could choose a smaller or greater unit if you need.

Using point system gives you more flexibility: you choose your destination, the date of your stay, the size of your unit from the availability and the number of points you have. You use to do reservation internet site or by a phone line with local operators.

My last holidays with RCI exchange points:

In 2011 we stayed one week in French Alps at Isola 2000(ID2528 Bristol hotel) to practice Ski and the next week we were in French Riviera near Menton (ID0883 Blue Golf) for the carnival of Nice and the Lemon fiesta in Menton.

In 2012 we visited costa Blanca in Spain and stayed (ID1462 Alfraz Paradise Club) near Alicante
and then (in ID2848 Play Roma) near Castellon.

Last year we visited Florida and stayed one week in Miami (ID1673 Hollywood Beach) to visit beaches, city, Everglades and followed by one week in Orlando for the Disney parks (IDV450 Sheraton Vistana).
