This lodge, is one of the original bungalows built on the time share village site. Being situated slightly below the approach road, gives the lodge privacy on the front side. On the other side there are views through the trees to the St Mellion village and church. Look to your right beyond a small lake to view the 16th tee, of the Kernow course then on to the 14th green. Slightly left of the church view you see the broad hilly fairway of the 17h hole on the Kernow course. You can appreciate the spaciousness and rural setting of St Mellion and it's surrounds, as you enjoy the privacy and tranquility of the lodge and it's excellent situation.

The lodge is fully equipped with the following areas for your use:- 2 en-suite double bedrooms, each with 2 double beds, bath and shower. 1 fully equipped kitchen, updated with brand new ultra modern appliances in April 2015. The heating system was also upgraded at this time using modern up to date units. There is a fully equipped large dining room, which also has a pull down double bed. There is a variety of indoor games, jigsaws etc, stored in the sideboard drawers. The large lounge contains 2 leather sofas to seat five people plus one leather armchair, also television and radio. There is a large breakfast bar allowing you the privilege of eating your toast and marmalade whilst looking at superb natural views. The entrance hall has an adjacent laundry room/store with washbasin and toilet. It also has a washing machine with hanging space for drying.

St Mellion is the perfect place for an early spring holiday. Easter often in this week. Share a lodge with five golfing friends, or members of your family , and enjoy a holiday that sets you up for the rest of the year. Play ten free rounds of golf on the Kernow Course in the weekday mornings, then paying a reduced fee, play the Nicklaus course in the afternoon. If you do this, take a buggy for the PM Session, 2 rounds of golf can be quite strenuous. Should you not want to be that energetic, lay out the sun beds on the patio, flash up the gas barbecue then relax and enjoy the pleasant views, as a variety of wildlife arrive, to see what you are doing.

There are other activities that you are entitled to use during your week of occupancy. This serves to interest none golfers, or other members of your group who prefer different activities They consist of two swimming pools. One is a children' fun pool, and the other is a conventional 25 metre pool with marked lanes. (Swimming lessons are available). There is also a steam room and a sauna. Other outside activities are tennis courts and a bowling green which can be booked for your use as required. A modern fully equipped gymnasium and a health spa are also available for your use. here you can get rid of your aches or There is a small fee for using the health spa.

Should you feel like spreading your wings beyond the boundaries of St Mellion, the available options are endless. You are only 14 miles from the historic city of Plymouth where there are abundant entertainment options to occupy and interest anyone. There are numerous National Trust establishments within a twenty mile radius of St Mellion, all of them with excellent gardens and very often special exhibitions for both children and adults. There is no doubt about it. St Mellion is the perfect holiday setting, in an area where no matter how many times you, there is always something new to see and do.
