My late husband and I found Westgate Lakes the perfect resort to share holidays with our children and grandchildren (7 in our case !) The resort provides complimentary transport to the world famous Disney Theme Parks which are only 10 minutes away There are also 7 heated outdoor pools, 7 Hot Tubs and 7 children's pools. If you get thirsty or hungry as you sit by the pool there are pool bars and a catering service. The restaurants are varied and suit all tastes but if you prefer to eat outside at your villa you can barbecue to your heart's content .

All the usual recreational facilities are available - playground, basketball, WIFI, volleyball, shuffleboard, fitness centre, game room, miniature golf course and bicycle rentals. The main part of the sleeps 8 people and the lock off apartment sleeps 4. This lock off facility can be self contained. This allows privacy or peace and quiet occasionally and as such is also part of the perfect family holiday

What is the best thing about a holiday here in October? The weather as it is just perfect !
