It is about 2miles fro the centre of Funchal which can be easily accessed by walking or the plentiful ,inexpensive pubic transport. Distance to the Airport is about 20 miles which takes 30 mins by taxi. The resort is affiliated to RCI, and available on-site facilities include 4indoor/outdoor Swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzies Sauna, Gym, Games room, and 4 Restaurants. These include an Italian cuisine and Continental specialities.

Outside there is a large patio leading onto grass. From the patio extensive Ocean views are available. The timeshare maintenance fee for 2015 was £586 total, for week 47 & 48 with Changeover day of Monday: splitting into 2 separate weeks for selling is an option. This large apartment comprises of 2 Double Bedrooms and additional sleeping for 2 in the separate lounge. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms with separate private access to the main bathroom for the Lounge sleepers. A full self contained Kitchen is featured with Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine and a full set of Utensils. Access to the Main Residence lobby is a short corridor walk.
