The Blue Bay Beach Club is situated in Gran Canaria on the north side of Playa Del Ingles on the edge of Bahia Feliz village.
The resort is within walking distance of a private airfield and a go cart track. Using the main highway, the GC1, you are 15 minutes from two fantastic golf clubs at Maspolomas and Solobre. Just 10 minutes north of the resort is a modern shopping centre with a huge Carrefour.

The resort is situated by the sea with a private access to the beach, however a 30 minute drive will take you into the mountains with some awesome views including the well known Roque Nublo feature. The main airport is at Las Palmas which is about 25 minutes north of the resort. There are many hire car companies at the airport, a good taxi service and bus transfers to and from the resort. The resort is affiliated to Interval International and they provide timeshare exchange opportunities world wide. The Blue Bay Beach Club hold several awards. Onsite facilities include; large pool and kiddies pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, night club, nightly entertainment, shop, laundry and beauty salon.

The Apartment.

The timeshare is in week 46 of the year in the 3rd week of November. This a double apartment with a master bedroom with wardrobe area leading to a bathroom containing; shower, bath, twin sinks, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom is slightly smaller with fitted wardrobes and an adjacent bathroom containing; shower, sink, toilet and bidet. A large sofa bed in the lounge can sleep two adults. Also in the lounge is a TV with free sat (further channels can be purchased from a machine in the Club foyer)

The apartment is on the third floor of six floors, the foyer and main entrance being on the 6th floor. There is both lift and stair access to all floors down to floor 1 which is at pool level. The balcony is accessed from both the lounge and the master bedroom, on the balcony there is a corner bath size Jacuzzi. The balcony overlooks the garden, pool and clubhouse and there is a great view looking south over the sea to the Maspalomas sand dunes. In the apartment all rooms are air conditioned and there are TV's in the lounge and master bedroom. Also in the lounge is sideboard with a hi-fi unit. There is an easy chair and stool around a coffee table adjacent to the sofa bed.

The kitchen area contains a fridge, freezer, cooker hob, microwave and sink with a good area to prepare food. close to the kitchen area in the lounge is the dining table with four chairs. Outside the Club entrance there is parking for about 40 cars and there is also lots of parking on the road outside the resort.
Other information

Exchanges can be made with Interval International and the reason for selling the timeshare is that I am now retired and I have developed other interests that take up my time.
