We have owned our timeshare plan now since 2005. Having recently bought our own house we no longer need the timeshare. The Villa is located in Majorca just a short ride from Palma on the Marriott Club Son Antem Resort.

The villas are nestled around the golf course and have shared access to swimming pools.

Kids get to all hang out with other kids at the pool or in the kids club. There are also other activities and facilities on offer at the resort. There are lots of pools to choose from and its always fun to go up to the hotel in the evening for some outdoor fun for the children or some entertainment.

The Villa is spacious with an open plan lounge, kitchen with washing machine microwaved and well stocked and small area for the washing/dryer machine. There are Nespresso coffee machines in all the villas and they are serviced daily. (Always nice to get your bed made when on holiday!)

Upstairs there is a shower/bathroom and a twin bedroom. There is a also a main bedroom with a king-size bed and Jacuzzi bath.

The villa sleeps six with a pull out sofa in the lounge area.

It is approximately 33sq meters. The villas have direct access to an outdoor Bbq and seating area. All villas have lovely shade and nice views of foliage, pools or the golf course. The resort has easy car parking right outside your villa.

This villa is a Platinum week. eg Easter, Kids school holidays in July and August.

You an also join Interval International and exchange your villa and therefore have access to a huge selection of villas all over the world.

One year if you can't use your week you can swap it for Marriott Reward points which allow you to stay at Marriott Hotels or get car hire.

The villa is available immediately and has a booking for usage the first week in August which can be amended for a small fee.

The villa can be rented out to friends, family or anyone else you want to - which is really easy as Marriott do everything for the guests once they arrive on site!
