Resort Name:- Fanabe, Adeje, South Tenerife.

Apartments Name:- Lagos de Fanabe 11 (Los Olivos). The reception is located on Calle Paris, which is one hundred yards from restaurants, bars, shops and Beach. On site facilities include, Two Pools, on for small children and one for adults, Lifeguards monitor both pools, a Pool Bar where you can buy snacks, Breakfasts, ice creams,or roast dinners. A launderette is available if required. The use of Pools, Bars, Restaurant, Entertainment and facilities in the sister resort adjoining Los Olivos, (Lagos de Fanabe) can also be used.

Apartment Facilities:- Air Conditioning, One Bedroom, One Bathroom. A Kitchen/Dining Room with Large pullout bed settee. Table and 4 Chairs, Coffee Table, Television, Toaster, Kettle, Cutlery, Crockery, Cooker, Fridge, Cooking Utensils, Iron With Ironing Board and Telephone.

A Maid service every day, to clean floors, furniture and make beds. Bedding is changed and used towels are changed daily.

The apartment is on the first floor and has been completely refurbished within the last three years. It has a balcony and stairs up onto the roof terrace which has a shower, the terrace gives a panoramic view as far as Playa de Los Americas and the island of La Gomera and the Mountains.

From the promenade, you can walk to Playa de Las Americas, or carry onto Playa de Los Cristianos. Walking the opposite direction from the resort, you come to Playa del Duque with a new shopping precinct Plaza del Duque up the steps from the promenade or continue on to La Caleta to eat at any of the many Tapas Bars.

Entertainment:- Several bars have evening entertainment, one of which is The First And Last situated close to a Spar Supermarket. Fanabe beach has three bars, were you can buy food, beer, soft drinks, hot drinks, the Sand & Sea Beach Club has Balinese beds, sun beds and tents with a 10% discount, which continues at the pool bar and restaurant on the resort.

The Timeshare is a floating week, which can be used at any time of the year, subject to availability, it can also be banked to use the following year to add onto your week either before or after to make a two week stay, subject to availability. The resort is affiliated to RCI.

My reason for selling is due to health and age and my family are not interested in using it.
