The lodge is a fixed week, usually, around the third week in April which may include a late Easter on occasions. It sleeps eight and is over two storeys with three double bedrooms, two of which are on the lower level and en-suite, the master bedroom includes a jacuzzi bath. On the upper level there is a third bedroom, a further bathroom and a drop down double bed in the lounge area. The living accommodation includes a well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with an entertainment system. There are two parking spaces outside the lodge with a further two spaces near the hotel. The lodge has a balcony overlooking the golf courses, giving uninterrupted views towards Bellmount Tower, in the east, right around to Grantham, in the west, and beyond. The lodge is backed by mature woods with a number of nature walks. There is much wildlife to be seen including foxes, deer, badgers, owls and much more depending on the time of day, so keep your eyes peeled!

There are plenty of places of interest to explore, including Belton House, Lincoln, Nottingham, Newark, Melton Mowbray,Stamford, etc, together with a good number of pubs and restaurants to enjoy local food and refreshments.
