The resort is set in a quiet area of Callao Salvaje in the south of Tenerife and faces the island of La Gomera and is about 15 minutes drive from Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas and about 20/25 minutes drive from the airport. The bigger resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas are also reached by way of a good bus service should you not wish to drive. The complex is family-friendly however it also offers a relaxing atmosphere for couples and singles alike. There really is something for everyone here and should you wish for a trip to the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts, a trip to Mount Teide, the nearby water parks or any other excursion then advice and information can easily be obtained from reception.

The resort boasts a heated swimming pool, children's pool and Jacuzzi and a new landscaped beach area has recently been opened very close by. Also on offer are a gym, sauna, restaurants and bar with daytime entertainment five days a week and live entertainment six nights a week and it also sports a bowling green and table tennis area. The choice of eating is covered onsite by The Edge Terrace Bar and the Razzamatazz Bar and Restaurant or you will find a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and a well stocked supermarket close by if you prefer to do your own catering. The resort has also been granted a Certificate of Excellence in 2014 by Trip Advisor.

The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bathroom unit with a balcony off one of the bedrooms and another off the dining room and the unit also has a full kitchen, DVD player and satellite TV with a limited choice of English and European channels. It is not situated in the main block and each of the bedrooms will sleep two adults/children and two more people can be accommodated in the spacious living area giving a maximum occupancy of six. The living room has a dining table and chairs and a well equipped kitchen area complete with most of the kitchen essentials you may need to prepare and cook your own meals within the apartment.

Week 41 is a fixed week and this normally equates to the second week in October and therefore provides an ideal autumn break in warmer climes and the apartment is situated in the row in the middle of the seller's photograph and the balconies mentioned earlier can be seen as the third and fourth from the left and look out onto the rear of the seafront apartments. The unit is accessed by stairs from the bowling green area or either side of the resort will give access.

We are looking for a quick sale due to changes in our personal circumstances so sensible offers will be given serious consideration.
