This two storey, two bedroom, two bathroom villa is available for one week each year in Marriott's Gold season.

A true rural paradise, only 5 minutes from the sapphire blue Mediterranean sea and beaches at Es Trenc and just 25 minutes from Palma's historic town, cathedral and harbour. Close access to the Ma-19 means only 20 minutes journey from the airport and it provides links to many other Majorcan gems such as Soller and Cala Sant Vicenc. The village of Llucmajor is 5 minutes away and has a large supermarket, pharmacy and various other shops.

Within the Marriott resort, villas are grouped as townhouses on private avenues amongst the palm trees and gardens. The main indoor and outdoor pools are located centrally but smaller outdoor pools are intermingled among the villas. Each villa has private access and parking at the front and its own patio and garden at the rear. Many of the villas overlook the golf courses.

Inside the villa, the main lounge, dining room and kitchen area is open plan in a Majorcan theme but fully up-to-date with air conditioning throughout. Patio doors off the lounge lead to the outdoor eating area, loungers and private garden with bbq. Some villas also have a private upstairs balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, etc. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and drier. In the lounge, there is a large flat screen TV with digital channels, DVD and music centre and a double sofa bed. The main bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, en-suite double vanity bathroom and jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, flatscreen TV and use of the separate shower and cloakroom. Wireless Internet access is provided free.

The Golf and Spa Leisure Centre contains a golf pro shop, food-market shop, full service spa, gym and swimming pools. The Vista Verde restaurant is located here - a must after a hot day in the sun - draft San Miguel and freshly made Sangria's - just sit back and watch the golf action on the East course. The food here is excellent and Villa Owners receive a discount. Seller's tip: try a freshly made warm pain au chocolat from the Market Shop in a morning.

Golfing is one of the main pleasures here with its choice of two par 72 courses, a huge driving range, golf academy, dedicated pitching and bunker practice areas and practice putting greens. The pro shop has a wide range of gear for sale as well as trolley hire, buggies and even Motobuggies. Good quality golf clubs can also be hired. Lessons at the academy are available in individual or group sessions, various languages.

Marriott Gold Season weeks are usually 12-13 / 16-20 / 24-26 / 35-40 and can be used with Interval International membership.
