The furnished apartment has a bedroom with an En Suite Toilet,Wardrobe,Safety Deposit Box,32' Plasma Satellite/Cable TV. The Living Room has a Dining Table,Sofa Bed and Mini Entertainment System. The kitchen is fully furnished and has all kitchen Appliances(Washing Machine,Dish Washer,Kettle,Coffee Maker,Oven e.t.c) supplied. The apartment is fully air conditioned and also provides car parking.

There is wi-fi in the room, daily house keeping and a 24 hour front desk in the building.The apartments are on different floors with accessible lift to al the floors. The apartment consist of different views, some overlooking the road and others the sea(sea view). Depending on availability, different views are available and can be chosen by prior contact with the management company.

Myself and my family of four had the last summer holiday(2014) at the the apartment in palm jumeirah and had a great time. we used the children's playground,swimming pool and also visited the beach.
