The highly acclaimed Marriott Club Son Antem resort is located near the small town of Llucmajor in the centre of the Island around 20km from Palma. A nearby motorway gives access to Palma, the capital, and the airport in 15 minutes. The resort's central location gives easy access by car to most of the island. Quiet and picturesque beaches on the South coast can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car, with the busy resorts of the Bay of Palma even closer. Palma itself is an attractive city, with much to see: the imposing cathedral, the Arabian Baths, a number of museums, a royal palace and stylish shops and restaurants.

The resort is spacious and attractively laid out. The villas are located around two 18-hole golf courses, and the resort also offers a hotel, spa, a number of swimming pools (including a large central pool area and smaller pools shared between just a few villas), tennis, gym, kid's' club, restaurants and a convenience store. Numerous paths can be found around the resort for cycling and walking. The spa pool is fed from a thermal spring allowing year-round outdoor swimming and a variety of health and beauty treatments are available in the luxurious spa.

The townhouses are built in a traditional Spanish style. Laid out over two floors, each townhouse has a large open-plan living room and kitchen, two bedrooms (one en-suite, the other with separate bathroom) and a roof terrace. Parking space for one car is available outside, and a patio with barbecue area at the rear leads onto the golf course and a shared swimming pool. A sofa bed allows each house to sleep up to six people. Facilities include TVs in each bedroom and also in the lounge, a CD/DVD player, internet connection, dishwasher, full cooking facilities, coffee machine and a utility room with washing facilities.

The Gold Week is available at various times each year outside the peak holiday season and can also be exchanged through Interval International for weeks in other resorts.
