The La Pinta Beach Club is a 4 star resort,affiliated to the RCI, and is classified as Gold Crown. It is situated on the beach front of Torviscas and as far as I as aware is the only hotel actually situated on the beach. It is part timeshare, and part hotel, apartments, when we invited a fellow guest to our unit she was amazed at the difference between timeshare and the hotel apartments,it was larger with quality fittings throughout,the furnishings beds and facilities were all much better.

The harbour and marina are right opposite ,and is a pleasant after dinner walk admiring the yachts and motor launches situated therein, also it is where you can book trips to scuba dive,water ski,wind surf or go whale and dolphin watching, or even visit the island of Gomera.

The apartment itself is classified as a floating red week Friday to Friday,it sleeps 6 in two bedrooms, double beds and a pull out sofa. The units are well equipped , the kitchen having oven, a 4 ring hob,microwave,kettle and toaster. The lounge has phone,satellite T.V and a video player/recorder. The bathroom has a power shower , the whole area has A/C and it has a large balcony.

All tourist attractions are easy to reach on foot,there is a lovely beach close by at Fanabe which is joined to Torviscas by a long tree lined promenade. Playa de las Americas is only 3KM away and is a bustling resort where there are any number of bars,cafes restaurants and entertainment of all varieties both in Torviscas and Playa de las Americas. All the bars, cafes,restaurants and karaoke are family friendly.

The Hotel reception is open 24 hrs per day,should you need it,and access to the apartment is by lift. There are numerous activities on site, swimming pool, children's pool,poolside bar and cafe, restaurant,games room,pool room,table tennis and T.V.

Reina Sofia airport is 16KM away,approx 10 miles, takes about 45 mins, there is a golf course 1 mile away which is now used for major tournaments, the local grocery store is 5 minute walk away. There is a mini train which goes round the harbour takes approx 45 mins close by is the water park and Dolphinarium. All in all it is fair to say that the purchaser of this timeshare will have many years of weekly holidays in a pleasant environment and climate
