We are offering the sale of Christmas week 52 which always commences on the 23rd of December for 7 days.

Our Scandinavian lodge is in the heart of the Lake District on the Langdale Estate by Elterwater. It is situated in a tranquil location on a 5-star woodland resort offering a luxury spa and leisure facility, award-winning dining and 35 acres of scenic grounds. The spectacular lakes, mountains and valleys are here for all to see and enjoy. Superb fell walking from your door can lead you through scenic valleys to the Langdale Pikes, Bowfell, Loughrigg and lakes Windermere, Grasmere and Rydal Water. Ambleside is 10 minutes away with shops, restaurants, tea-rooms and cinema.

At Christmas the estate provides a seasonal atmosphere and is tastefully decorated. Owners have full use of spa and leisure facilities. The 20m UV-treated swimming pool is complete with massage seat, whirlpool spa bath, steam room, sanarium ,tropical shower, deluge shower and lounger chairs. You can relax in the spa which offers a range of treatments or you can be more energetic in the fully equipped fitness centre. There is also a super soft play area for children. A choice of restaurants and bars offer local fayre. Owners can take advantage of a Privilege Card which entitles you to a range of discounts on site.

The lodge is luxuriously furnished and equipped. The ground floor hall leads to two luxury ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded. A boot/equipment drier is off the hall if needed. The first floor has a spacious lounge with shower room and sauna off. A well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cater for a special Christmas holiday. The cherry wood cabinets, large dining table, pull down double bed and comfortable leather sofas are of a very high standard. The covered balcony has lovely views over tarns and streams. Our lodge has free satellite TV, Wi-Fi, DVD/CD players and radio. Towels are provided and there is a laundry facility on site!
