St Mellion Timeshare

Only a short drive from Plymouth but in the heart of the Cornish countryside, St Mellion International Resort hosts two golf courses. The Kernow course and the Nicklaus championship course. We are selling week 13 which falls at the end of March / beginning of April.
Our fully equipped 2 bedroom single storey timeshare lodge sits in the middle of the Kenow course, overlooking the 17th fairway. Both bedrooms have their own large en-suite bathrooms each with a shower and bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The lounge has very comfortable leather sofas and chairs, large picture windows and freeview TV. The well equipped kitchen contains full cooking facilities and all your needs for any food preparation. The large dining room also contains a pull down double bed to allow a total of 6 people to occupy the lodge. The dining room leads onto a patio and barbeque area with a gas barbeque and outside table and chairs. The front door opens into a hallway with a utility room leading off. The utility room contains another toilet, washer/drying machine and sufficient space for coats and sets of golf clubs.

The occupants of the lodge are entitled to two rounds of golf per day, Monday to Friday, on the Kernow course. This can be upgraded to the Nicklaus course for a fee. Golf tee times can be booked in advance through the paperwork sent out by St Mellion a few weeks before occupancy.
As well as the golf, lodge occupants have free access to the fully equipped gymnasium and swimming pools complex. The pool complex boasts a large pool, children's pool and infants pool as well as sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.

Fine dining is provided on site by the AA 2 rosette An Boesti restaurant as well as the less formal Bewdern bar and brasserie and Nicklaus golf bar. A variety of good pubs and restaurants are nearby.

The local area has many of Devon and Cornwall's attractions just a short drive away including Plymouth, the beaches of Looe, Kingsands and Cawsands, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. The nearby National Trust property of Cotehele is also a worth a visit. Other attractions such as Dartmouth, Salcombe, the Eden Project and the lost gardens of Helligan are also very reachable.
With all this going for it, why are we selling? After many happy years of use and having exchanged our week on occasions through RCI and Dial an Exchange, we find the large lodge no longer suits our needs. We do have another weeks timeshare at St Mellion in a smaller lodge and we will be keeping this.
