I have owned timeshare at White Sands Beach Club for 14 years and it is only being sold due to ill health. lt is a lovely place and my wife and I will miss going there. THE UNIT WAS COMPLETELY REFURBISHED IN 2014. New kitchen, new furniture throughout, new bathroom and shower room, new double glazed patio doors and windows and new tiled flooring and stairs. There is also air-conditioning throughout the unit.

The ground floor consists of a kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and Fridge-freezer, a dining area with table and chairs and a lounge area with convertible sofa, coffee table and TV. There are patio doors which open from the lounge area to a small patio area at the front with table and chairs. This is also the entrance to the unit. There is also a shower room on the ground floor with toilet, wash basin and hairdryer.

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with new fitted wardrobes in both rooms. One with a double bed and a balcony. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a door leading to the stairs for the roof from the twin bedroom. Between the bedrooms there is large new bathroom with bath,washbasin, shower and toilet. There is also a hair dryer. Towels and bedding are changed frequently, sometimes daily, and the unit is cleaned on a regular basis. Better than many hotels.

Access to the roof is by the external tiled stairs at the rear of the unit which are reached through the twin bedded room. On the roof terrace there is a table and chairs and sun loungers and a terrific view across the bay. A nice unit in a superb complex with friendly staff on a beautiful bay. There is also a good restaurant close to the pool area and direct access to the beach which is fine sand and which shelves gently into the sea making it quite suitable for safe swimming and children.
