A superb lodge accommodating eight people in luxury set in the heart of Lincolnshire. Belton Wood is an outstanding De Vere facility located on over 400 acres between Lincoln and Grantham, some 5 minutes drive from the A1 and 3mls from Grantham mainline railway station. This lodge is in a private and secluded location, furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped with all the appliances including clothes and dishwasher, glassware, cutlery, crockery and bedding for eight persons.

The accommodation has two twin bedded rooms all with en suite bath/shower/sauna rooms plus the master bedroom with a double Jacuzzi bath and shower en-suite, the fourth spring interior double bed pulls down at night ready made for two people. One of the twin bedded rooms would be suitable for a disabled guest with all the facilities on the same level.

The very large open spacious lounge, kitchen and dining room lead to a full length balcony area complete with pierced aluminium table and chairs which overlooks wonderful views of the two golf courses and Grantham. There is also secure accommodation for plenty of golf club sets.

The facilities on site include a De Vere hotel, bars, restaurants, gym, tennis courts and swimming pool with hot tub, archery , squash courts and a driving range, PGA championship golf course and a 9 hole short course. The fully stocked golf shop has helpful staff that will assist in booking tee times and golf buggy hire.

The lovely town of Stamford is well worth a visit as is Lincoln with its superb Cathedral. Belvoir Castle and Rutland water are also easily accessible. Over the road is The Belton Wood estate with wonderful grounds, children's playground and a historic house. Nature and cycling trails are also literally on the doorstep

We always enjoy our arrival with the Spring daffodils nodding their heads as we drive up to the lodge and have enjoyed many holidays with our family and friends, this lodge and site facilities satisfied all their needs for luxurious relaxing with sporting entertainment and wonderful location.

This timeshare is week 12 which is usually the end of March and sometimes falls into Easter when it is early. Changeover day is a Sunday. A car parking area for 2 cars is at the front of the Lodge.
