St Mellion International Resort is one of the leading West Country venues for golf and leisure and the perfect destination for holidays. The resort has two golf courses. The Nicklaus course has an international reputation having hosted the Benson and Hedges International Open on six occasions and the English Men's Amateur Championship in 1999. The Kernow course is a challenging test for any golfer.

The timeshare lodges are accommodated in the timeshare village which itself is tucked away in the heart of the 450 acre St Mellion Estate overlooking the golf courses and beautiful rolling Cornish countryside.

The lodge Trispen is a detached stone bungalow and is fully furnished, sleeping 6 comprising a large Scandinavian style lounge, two luxurious bedrooms each with en-suite facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, lovely dining room with quality fittings, a sauna and a utility room with toilet/shower. The lodge has it's own drive and patio with BBQ facilities. There are tennis courts and lawn bowling facilities in the village.

The whole Resort including the Timeshare village is owned and maintained by Crown Golf. It is maintained to Gold Standard as designated by RCI.

Timeshare ownership provides one free round of golf on the Kernow course for two each weekday or an upgrade to the Nicklaus course for a seasonal supplement. Extra rounds of golf attract a 20% reduction in green fees.

St Mellion's Health and Leisure Club has outstanding facilities. A 25m swimming pool and splash pool, fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, steam room, aerobics studio and skin care and spa centre with a full range of luxury body treatments. There is also an on-site cr�che for children.
