The above resort is located approx 15 mins. From Kissimmee Old Town restaurants, bars, entertainment and shopping, 40 mins from Orlando main airport, shopping and city centre attractions, Disney Board Walk, Church Street Station, MGM Studios, Universal Studios and only 4 miles from Disney World. The Kennedy Space Centre, with Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach to the East and Tampa Bay to the West, (Gulf of Mexico) within easy, day trip, driving distance.

The actual resort now consists of both East and West Villages with the richly appointed villas and apartments situated around the 27 hole Championship Golf Course. Both villages contain top class dining in a variety of restaurants, Bars, amusement areas, swimming pools, hot tubs , kiddies pools and play grounds, a boating lake with jet skiing, fishing, wind surfing, sailing, etc. The resort check in and admin centre contains a cinema, pool bar, cafe, restaurant, also shuttle services and car rentals are available, the centre can assist with advice and information on travel and trips, attraction tickets, resort transportation. The staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating.

In addition to booking and arranging your Orange Lake accommodation RCI membership provides for you to exchange your weeks or vary your holiday destination to one of their many world wide locations. Our unit is ground floor, with a patio looking out over the golf course , lakes, and forest. We have a fixed week in October, but this can be varied by RCI to any other time of year providing units are available it has two bedrooms (one king size bed and two Queen size) in addition there is a Queen size sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and all mod corns, see attached colour print. We have very much enjoyed our stays at Orange Lake, as have our Children and Grandchildren. However we are both now retired, our children have grown away with their own commitments, my wife has not recently enjoyed the best of health and we both feel its time to say goodbye.
