Due to health problems limiting our travel, we regrettably have to sell our lovely studio apartment. This timeshare at the 5 star Fortina Spa Vacation Resort in Sliema on Tigne Point is RCI affiliated with Gold Crown recognition and is for two people on a half board basis. The Hotel has a good choice of restaurants within the complex offering a range of different cuisines such as Indian, Thai, Japanese also European.

The studio is on the tenth floor comprising a spacious area affording a king size bed, ample
cupboard space, seating, TV and mini-bar. The bathroom has both a bath and separate shower. There is also a balcony and loungers with stunning views to Valletta and in every direction.

Sliema town is within easy walking distance. The Hotel also offers Spa treatments, a fitness studio and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Transfer time from Luqa Airport to the resort is approximately twenty five -thirty minutes.

Maintenance is paid until December 2016.
