Cameron House resort is situated on the banks of Loch Lomond within Scotland's first National park. Only 1 mile away is the small town of Balloch with supermarket, several shops and restaurants plus a high-end shopping outlet. Glasgow airport is only 8 miles away, whilst Glasgow itself is 16 miles. The resort is ideally placed for exploring a large area of Scotland and week 5 being around the beginning of February, there is little traffic on the roads,no queues and all the time in the world to enjoy some of the best scenery Scotland has to offer.

The lodge itself is furnished to a very high standard - the two bedrooms are on the lower ground floor and are both en-suite, meaning that the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, together with the elevated position of the Lodge, offer wonderful views across the Loch. Also on this floor is another bathroom complete with sauna and power shower. The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer - the lounge has top of the range television and music centre. Washing machine and drying cabinet are hidden away in the entrance hall. There is parking for 2 cars at the lodge, plus extra at the Hotel.

Guests have full access to the 5 star facilities of Cameron House Hotel with it's luxury leisure complex, bars and restaurants. The Resort is also an RCI Gold Crown resort, although we have never used this exchange facility in all the 22 years we have owned the Lodge, being content to use it every year and enjoy a week of luxury in the rather flat spell after Christmas. The only reason we are selling is that we have re-located to the very south of England and as we are not getting any younger, we find the travelling a bit too much. We hope any future buyer will enjoy our week as much as we have.
