There are two en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor with ample storage, and an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with a further shower room and toilet upstairs. This luxury holiday lodge has views over the 'Wee Demon' Golf course and is near the No5 green. Located a short walk from Loch Lomond and the Hotel Marina and also the Lomond Shores shopping, it is an ideal base to explore the Trossachs or visit Glasgow, Sterling or other nearby attractions.

The master bedroom has a double bed, TV and ensuite with a shower and separate bath. All towels and bedding are provided.

The guest bedroom has two single beds, and is also ensuite.

Upstairs is an open plan comprehensively equipped Kitchen, Dining area and Lounge which leads onto the balcony where there is a table and chairs. The leather settee also converts into a double bed. Washer dryer and dishwasher are also fitted.

Use of the Hotel leisure facilites is also provided for the maximum 6 guests. (towels provided)

There are two allocated parking places in front of the lodge and additional parking at the marina, a short walk away.
