The apartment is at The Pestana Promenade resort, West of Funchal in Madeira, Portugal. It faces South overlooking the pools/gardens and the sea which is only 100m away. Availability is the second week of January for the next ten years.

The resort has two restaurants, with beneficial prices for owners, plus internal and external pools and leisure complex, plus gym, library and evening entertainment. Local restaurants also good. The apartment sleeps four, one bedroom with en-suite plus additional sleeping for two in the large living room, an additional bathroom and fitted kitchen. The balcony is large with super uninterrupted views of the sea.

We are selling due to health problems that restrict our travel. The resort provide daily cleaning, linen changes and towels. Pool towels and towelling robes are also provided.

The terms of reference allow the owner to use it themselves, loan it to friends/ relatives, rent it out, will it to children, bank it if unable to use at specified time, exchange it through RCI or upgrade it as Gold Crown.
