Summer Bay is conveniently located and is set in 400 acres. It has easy access to a highway and is 6 miles from Walt Disney World and 15 miles to Universal Studios and Sea World. The resort has heated pools, a beach with water-sports activities including Jet Skis, an interactive water feature, Bar, miniature golf, exercise room, games rooms and tennis courts.

The resort also offers children and family activity programme. Supermarket and restaurants are nearby. We picked up a coupon booklet which offered discounts at various restaurants and used this during our time there. This is a biennial week 25, 925 square feet 2 bedroom villa with full Kitchen, TV, air conditioning, washer and dryer. Sleeps up to 6 people with a spacious living room with a queen sleeper. Parking is outside of the villas and each one has a lift. Exchange company is affiliated with RCI for which you can use your points.
