La Quinta is a 5 star resort, affiliated to RCI & part of La Manga Club. It offers 3 golf courses, a tennis centre, a football coaching centre used by many top English & Spanish clubs, a private beach, gyms, bowling greens, pitch & put course, even a cricket academy. Horse riding, cycling, karting & water sports facilities are also all available close by. As a LQC member you get discounted rates for most activities. It caters for all outdoor activities & has been an ideal safe destination for 25 years of great family activity holidays as our 4 children have grown up.

LQC is accessible from Murcia airport 30 minutes away. It is close to a number of towns of interest such a Cartagena. The resort has its own shops but supermarkets are close by within walking distance. The resort has a vast number of restaurants & LQC ownership gives you access to the owners club restaurant.

The facilities at LQC include a choice of 17, 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom villas. They sleep 8 thanks to a pull out divan in the lounge area. Each has its own BBQ, balcony/veranda with views over the golf courses & the Mar Menor, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, satellite TV, fridge freezer, microwave, air con & is fully equipped with all you could possibly need.

Beyond the villas, LQC offers a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, its own restaurant & pool side bar. It is run by an excellent local team but management is through an elected committee of owners. It is managed for the members by the members.

The 2 weeks for sale give you a choice of 11 weeks covering the school holidays & half terms. We are selling as the children are now all grown up.
