Well maintained resort constantly being up graded. The apartment overlooks the top swimming pool area, which is nice and quiet. The week is week 36 which is the first week in September which sometimes coincides with school holidays. Due to the change in schools being able to set their own holiday dates, this is likely to fall in holidays. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is within easy reach of the beach.

The busier area of Playa las Americas is a fifteen minute walk, with nightclubs and shopping. The location is well placed for either a quiet or livelier holiday. Having owned since 1987 our family have enjoyed use of the timeshare. The resort has activities for children, a more relaxing pool on the upper level and a large and smaller pool idea.

It truly is an extremely well maintained resort affiliated to RCI which would facilitate worldwide exchange.
