The timeshare is situated in the flagship timeshare resort of The DeVere Group - CAMERON HOUSE - which is a Gold Crown listed resort. Cameron House is situated approx 20 miles from Glasgow on the southern tip of Loch Lomand near the village of Balloch. The resort is 18 miles from Glasgow airport and about 12 miles from the M8 with the A82 passing the gateway. From the airport take the M8 towards Greenock, cross the Erskine Bridge onto the A82 towards Crainlarich. The A82 passes the gateway of Cameron House. The whole journey takes about 25 minutes.

Balloch is a busy tourist area with the shopping centre "Lomand Shores" nearby. It is centrally located with many tourist attractions including Loch Cruises, Rob Roy Country, The Trossachs, The William Wallice Centre at Stirling and Inverairy Courthouse and Prison Museum.

The resort boasts a second to none array of facilities including three restaurants and three bars, leisure centre and swimming pool, marina and a nine hole golf course. The week available is week 11 which usually falls in the middle of March. The lodge is a bungalow style which sleeps four including a pull down bed in the lounge/kitchen area. The unit comprises entry porch one en-suite double bedroom and a fully fitted kitchen/
lounge area. It also has a verandah with furniture overlooking the golf course. There is also designated parking.

We have owned timeshare at the resort for twenty years but due to age and health we are finding it difficult to travel, hence the sale.
