This very friendly medium size resort has a restaurant/bar, swimming pool and children's pool all overlooking a private sea frontage/sea bathing. It also has a health club, sauna, squash court and pool table. There are two golf clubs on the Island with a free shuttle bus to the courses.

The apartment is a fixed week 22 which can cover the end of May beginning of June bank holiday. It is on the 6th floor serviced by lifts. It has a bathroom and two bedrooms one on-suite, sleeping 6. There is a large curved balcony incorporating a bedroom and the lounge, the on-suite is in the second bedroom. It has a full kitchen, air condition, TV and safe.

The resort/Funchal town is approximately 30 minuets by taxi or 55 minuets by airobus from the airport. Funchal the capital is approximately a 10 to15 minute walk from the resort, Funchal harbour and the town centre. Ideal for all local and Island wide buses. The main cable car up to the botanical gardens and other cable cars are situated at the far end of Funchal harbour. The harbour is also where you can get the ferry to Porto Santos and also take sea trips in on various boats or a pirate ship.

I have decided to sell because I am now a widow, have reached a certain age and not in good health myself.
