This is a Summer week, a highly sort after week allowing you to stay during high season (mid June to late August). This is great not only if you want to stay during peak season, but it also gives you a very powerful exchange week. Marriott Vacation club is affiliated to Interval International and you can exchange your week to practically any resort in the world. Note that the more, in demand the week you're exchanging with, the better your chance will be of getting another, in-demand week in another resort. For example, I've managed to exchange my weeks twice for Hawaii in an equivalent luxury resort (One in a Marriott Resort). Hawaii is one of the most difficult locations to exchange to and almost impossible unless you have a very powerful week to exchange with.

In terms of location, it's great and super easy to get anywhere. I don't think I need to elaborate here, just check on Google Maps.

Lastly, don't take my word for it, check out Tripadvisor. At the time of writing, this resort is number 5 or 328 hotels in Orlando and is the highest rated timeshare (number 1-4 on Tripadvisor are hotels, not timeshares).

I have found this Timeshare very useful but have to sell it with regret. The way we (me and my wife) vacation has changed, we now tend to move around from place to place when we vacation and unlikely to stay in one location for more than 3 days. Therefore a week of timeshare is not what we need at present. But once we have kids in the medium term, we'll be going back to timeshare!
