This is a luxurious two bedroom apartment in the Marriotts Playa Andaluza resort on the Costa Del Sol.

The complex is of high quality and is extensively and attractively landscaped. It is conveniently positioned with Puerto Banus and Marbella to the East. These are very prestigious, cosmopolitan towns with attractive marinas and excellent shops, restaurants and beaches. To the West is Gibralta and Estapona. Estapona is a town with excellent restaurants and beaches. The time it takes to drive to these amenities is below, however, there are many restaurants locally which you can walk to:

Puerto Banus 15 mins away
Marbella 20 mins
Estapona 15 mins
Malaga Airport 40 mins
Gibraltar Airport 45 mins

Playa Andaluza is located on the coast. The resort has an excellent Mediterranean beach with shaded sunbeds and views across to Gibraltar. The beach is accessed though a security gate.

As you would expect, there are excellent amenities and facilities included within the resort, such as 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool with jacuzzi. There is also an extensively well equipped gym and a workout studio. For the children there is a games room with television and an infant playroom. Outside, around the resort, there are many activities such as undercover table tennis, giant chess boards, crazy golf and shuffle board.

Included within the resort is a restaurant which is open every day and most evenings there is some sort of entertainment such as Flamenco dancing. During the day, light refreshments are available from a service area located adjacent to the main swimming pool.

Located alongside reception is a well stocked small shop where you can purchase wine and food items.

The apartment can accommodate up to six adults having two double bedrooms, two large bathrooms and a double bed sofa in the lounge. TV and audio facilities are available in both bedrooms and the main living area. The apartment also benefits from a well equipped kitchen and laundry room which has a washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities. Air conditioning/heating is available throughout the apartment. The apartment also includes a large balcony where al fresco dining can be enjoyed.

On booking your week, you can choose between five blocks all of which have their own individual parking areas. Access to apartments from the underground parking area is via dedicated lifts.

Your Marriotts week is a Silver floating week, however, if it is not needed it can be converted into points or exchanged with Interval. The week can be booked a year in advance and is available from November through to the end of February (excluding holidays). Should you wish to exchange your week to another resort, this can be done through Interval and as it is a Marriotts week it can be used at virtually any other resort in the world.

We have had this timeshare for 9 years whilst also owning an apartment in Puerto Banus. This ensured that no matter how busy the summer was, we always had the benefits and use of all the facilities within the Marriotts resort. Unfortunately we have had to sell our apartment and no longer have the requirement for a Marriotts week.
