The Gran Canarian Airport of Las Palmas is only 16 miles away and the well-known beaches of Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas are within easy reach.

There are many sightseeing and activity opportunities which can be arranged whilst at the Resort. Car hire and parking are available. On site facilities include Restaurant, Bar, Store, Laundry, Gym, Sauna, Large Pool area and entertainment. The village square in Bahia Feliz is packed with Restaurants, Bars and Shops.

Although the Time-share is for a fixed week in October, exchange can be arranged for alternative dates and locations through Interval International.

This Air conditioned unit, which accommodates 4 people, has a full kitchen, dining and lounge area (with T.V. and disc player). The bathroom contains bath, shower cubicle, two sinks, bidet and toilet.
The bedroom contains king-size bed, T.V and large walk in wardrobes with full length mirrors. The Sliding doors lead out to the balcony.

The Full length balcony has a great view of the Complex, overlooks the Pool area and out to sea.

Although preferring the Home Resort of Gran Canaria, successful exchanges have been made to Tenerife, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.
